VR Tuned ECU Flash Tune BMW 335d E90 3.0L M57 2006-2011

Your BMW 335d is the perfect platform to improve upon it's power delivery and performance. A simple ECU flash takes your car from an already nimble driving machine to a powerful wheel spinning vehicle. With our upgrade you gain quicker throttle response, increased torque, faster turbo spool, and top end that pulls very hard to redline. The VR Tuned upgrade adds more horsepower over stock. NOTE:The 2006-2010 Bosch EDC16 can be flashed via OBDII with the Dimsport or VR Tuned ifFlash.  The 2011 uses the Bosch EDC17 and must be mailed in to be bench flashed.

How to Flash Your ECU?

• 2006-2011 Cars Use the Alientech Powergate 3+ handheld device. This device is a touchscreen module that lets you store your original and tuned files to easily flash between them. See Instructions Here.
• 2006-2010 Cars - Bring your vehicle to our facility where we can use our Master Cable to flash your vehicle.
• 2011 Cars - We can only bench flash this EDC17 ECU. To bench flash the ECU, you must remove it from your vehicle and send it to us.  We do not solder or modify the ECU board at all. All ECU tuning is done via bungy probes that have a needle tip to provide an electrical connection.

Options:

• You can select to get both Stages of our Tune.  The Stage 2 is usually for those looking to maximize the performance of their vehicle.  Though not required unless stated, this is usually for those running a performance exhaust and high quality fuel. Can only be done if OBDII flashing is available.
