VR Tuned ECU Flash Tune Ford Focus RS 2.3L Ecoboost

The Ford Focus RS ECU Tune is done by VR Tuned via the OBDII port. The cars 2.3L EcoBoost engine is already a load of fun to drive. With a new Stage 1 calibration, you are able to gain improved performance on the engine. The biggest difference when you flash your car is the overall driveability improvement. Your car will have much better throttle response throughout the gears. Where your car is sluggish off the line, huge gains of torque come in giving you a vast improvement of your 0-60mph time. Depending on mods, the midrange can increase through the curve and the top end pulls harder to redline.

How to Flash Your ECU?

• Use the Alientech Powergate 3+ handheld device. This device is a touchscreen module that lets you store your original and tuned files to easily flash between them. See Instructions Here.
• Use our VRTuned iFlash OBDII System . You can flash between your tuned and stock files. See Instructions Here.
• Use the DimSport handheld device. This REQUIRES a Windows PC. Once the files are on the tool, you no longer need a computer to flash between files. See Instructions Here.
• Bring your vehicle to our facility where we can use our Master Cable to flash your vehicle.

Options:

• You can select to get both Stages of our Tune.  The Stage 2 is usually for those looking to maximize the performance of their vehicle.  Though not required unless stated, this is usually for those running a full performance exhaust system and other bolt-on parts. Can only be done if OBDII flashing hardware is purchased.
