VR Tuned ECU Flash Tune Polaris RZR XP Turbo Big Injectors 2017-2020

The VR Tuned Big Injector ECU Tune for the Polaris RZR xP TURBO will take your RZR even further with horsepower!  Upgrading to the larger Siemens 80lb Injectors allows us to get more aggressive with the mapping to achieve almost 8 rear wheel horsepower more than our standard tune.  The injectors are very easy to install on the xP Turbo (see link below).  With this new tune, you will need to max out your stock wastegate adjustment by turning the wastegate rod almost all the way in.  With our big injector tune, we are seeing a gain of nearly 25 rear wheel horsepower on just 91 octane (Note: dyno sheet attached shows Big Injector Tune vs Standard VR Tuned File).

• Note: To get the maximum performance out of this ECU flash, please tighten your wastegate rod down to limit the travel. The factory wastegate is very soft and weakens over time. The ECU calls for more boost pressure but the wastegate will not allow for this without adjustment.

How to Flash Your ECU?

• We can bench flash your ECU. To bench flash the ECU, you must remove it from your vehicle and send it to us (See Instructions Here).  You can also send us a new ECU to be flashed. Once we receive the ECU, we will prepare the tune file and then ship it back to you for reinstallation. We do not solder or modify the ECU board at all. All ECU tuning is done via bungy probes that have a needle tip to provide an electrical connection.
