The BMW 335I ECU flash is one product we know well. Having owned a 2007 335I coupe when they were released, we have been able to test many different products over the years. The N54 is a great platform to build a car that is powerful, yet reliable. Instead of doing a piggyback system, a direct ECU rewrite is done via the OBDII port making the BMW 335i more fun to drive and awesome in its power delivery. The simple ECU flash will gain quicker throttle response, increased torque, faster turbo spool, and top end that pulls very hard to redline. The VR Tuned ECU flash adds more horsepower over stock. Simple bolt on upgrades such as an exhaust, downpipes, intake, intercooler will make your car that much quicker! How to Flash Your ECU?

• We can bench flash the ECU. To bench flash the ECU, you must remove it from your vehicle and send it to us. Once we receive the ECU, we will prepare the tune file and then ship it back to you for reinstallation. We do not solder or modify the ECU board at all. All ECU tuning is done via bungy probes that have a needle tip to provide an electrical connection.

Options:

• You can select to get both Stages of our Tune.  The Stage 2 is usually for those looking to maximize the performance of their vehicle.  Though not required unless stated, this is usually for those running a performance exhaust and at least 91-93 octane fuel. Can only be done if OBDII flashing is available.
• For this ECU Flash, we also offer the following features that are optional and can be selected:

For reference this ECU is a Continental MSD80 or MSD81 depending on year.
