VR Tuned offers ECU tuning to enhance the performance of your 18-19 Polaris RZR xP Turbo. By doing an ECU Flash for the RZR xP Turbo, you can greatly improve the performance of your Polaris from it's stock 168 horsepower. ECU Tuning is done to take into account your driving style, modifications, and environment. With basic bolt-ons such as intake or exhaust, the ECU will adjust giving you more power and torque. Typically, a Stage 1 tune with the stock exhaust system will run 15-16psi of boost. When you add an exhaust system, the reduced restriction allows your turbocharger to flow better. This will help yield the full potential of your turbocharger seeing boost at 17-19.5 psi as set in the ECU Mapping. Using higher octane fuel will always perform better. The VR Tuned ECU Flash has been tested using our Mustang Dyno for optimal air fuel ratios. We have tested all our products in real world conditions and even compared them to the competition. The VR Tuned RZR xP Turbo ECU Tune is equilvalent to what others call a Stage 1 or Stage 2 but without the need to buy separate files. With VR Tuned, we give you the best file the first time!

- Note: To get the maximum performance out of this ECU flash, please tighten your wastegate rod down to limit the travel. The factory wastegate is very soft and weakens over time. The ECU calls for more boost pressure but the wastegate will not allow for this without adjustment.

- Our tuning is used worldwide.
- Basic bolt-on performance parts will not require a retune of your ECU. Other efficiency parts such as colder spark plugs, boost tubes, or diverter valves are not required but can help performance. The ECU will adapt to these changes.
- We can tune cars worldwide including JDM, EU, Australian, and USA cars for different types of octane or environments.
- We do not lock, "pot", or keep control of your ECU. If you decide to take it to another tuner for an upgrade, all flashing ability is retained.
- We can bench flash your ECU. To bench flash the ECU, you must remove it from your vehicle and send it to us (See Instructions Here). You can also send us a new ECU to be flashed. Once we receive the ECU, we will prepare the tune file and then ship it back to you for reinstallation. We do not solder or modify the ECU board at all. All ECU tuning is done via bungy probes that have a needle tip to provide an electrical connection.
