The Mini Cooper Paceman JCW featuring the 1.6L turbocharged engine is a load of fun to drive. Doing our simple to install ECU flash can take your Mini from an already nimble driving machine to a powerful wheel spinning vehicle. The VR Tuned ECU flash adds more horsepower and torque. The driving characteristics are vastly improved while providing you additional benefits that your Turbo Mini craves for. The biggest difference when you flash your Mini is the overall improvement of the power curve. Your Mini will have much better throttle response no matter what type of transmission you have. Where your Mini is sluggish off the line, your newly flashed Mini picks up right away and pulls harder through the mid and top end RPM range.

How to Flash Your ECU?

• Use the Alientech Powergate 3+ handheld device. This device is a touchscreen module that lets you store your original and tuned files to easily flash between them. See Instructions Here.
• We can bench flash the ECU. To bench flash the ECU, you must remove it from your vehicle and send it to us. Once we receive the ECU, we will prepare the tune file and then ship it back to you for re-installation. We do not solder or modify the ECU board at all. All ECU tuning is done via bungy probes that have a needle tip to provide an electrical connection.
